If payment fails then you should receive an email which will request that you update your payment method. Based on the settings of your organisation the link in this email can take you directly to a Stripe site or to the Kura portal where you can update your payment details. It is worth noting that even if the link does not work in this email, users can still access the Kura portal (see Option 2)
Once logged into the Kura Portal you should see a 'view Stripe portal' button. This should bring up the Customer stripe portal where you can change your payment details:
Once logged into the Kura app, open the sidebar and you should see the 'Manage Payment' option. This will open a page hosted by Stripe where you can change your payment details:
Should the above options prove to be unsuccessful please contact your organisation as they will be able to assist with amending the payment details.
