Profile Auto-linking:
Where a user creates an account and signs in to the Kura portal they will be auto-linked to any active profiles in Kura that have a matching email address. This will give users the best opportunity to successfully link to their profiles, as there can be a number of reasons that this isn't successful, for example, the link code in an email invite has expired or multiple invites have been sent and the most recent has not been used.
If a user creates their account with a different email address to that held in their profile, they will link to their profile via the link code in their email invitation as normal.
For example, observer Mary Townsley has a profile in Kura that is not linked to her account:
If Mary creates an account in Kura, with same email address as held in her profile, and signs-in to the Kura portal, she will be automatically linked to her profile and will see her linked passenger on her homepage:
