Typically, you will receive the below message if you have downloaded the Kura App and created login details prior to following the login link in your ‘Welcome to Kura’ email or your organisation may have performed an upload or data change that has unlinked a previously linked account.
In this instance when the link in the email takes you to the login page ensure you are completely logged out by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner and selecting the Log out option then close the page or this can be done by going to http://join.ridekura.com/ , click sign-up, or sign-in. If the device is already signed in to an account a logout option will now appear in the top right, click logout and close the browser. You are now ready to proceed with the sign-up or sign-in process.
Select the most recent ‘welcome to Kura’ email
Do not choose ‘Sign up’ but LOGIN entering the details used when you first signed up to the app.
