Work is ongoing for the passenger app, focusing initially on bookings, notifications and token maintenance.
Website Updates - New UI/UX:
Bulk Profile Maintenance - Explanation Screen:
A screen has been introduced to explain how the bulk append or replace profile functions work, how profiles are matched and the impact of archiving profiles.
Bulk Profile Maintenance - Append or Replace:
There are now different options to maintain profiles within Kura. Once a user confirms that they have understood the bulk maintenance usage information they will be directed to a screen where they can select the type of profile load that they wish to perform.
Append will add new profiles where these don't already exist, without removing profiles that don't exist within the file. A file loaded using this method should only contain new profile data that should be added to Kura.
Replace will update existing profiles, where a match is found for external ID for passenger or email address for observer. The file used for replace either in csv or xlsx format, should contain the full profile population. Where a new profile is present within the file, with a new external ID for passenger or email address for observer, new profiles will be created. Where profiles previously existed within the file but have been removed, profiles will be archived. Where a profile is archived passengers will be removed from any scheduled trips and links to any user accounts will be broken.
