Work has been ongoing with code optimisation in preparation for adding new features.
A re-design of app appearance is also in progress.
Dual Password entry has been introduced for sign-up and forgot password.
Website Updates - New UI/UX:
Join Process - linking to profile:
When a user receives a welcome email they will be directed to the new Kura website where they can create their account. Once they have created and confirmed their account they will be directed to the login screen. When they login they will be linked to their profile. They will see a success message with links to download the app and a button that directs them to their homepage.
On the homepage Observers will see the name of their linked passengers and their passengers scheduled trips will be shown in a calendar. Website users and drivers will see their linked organisations.
If a link can't be established the user will be shown an error page detailing the reasons for the link being unsuccessful. If a link can't be established because a welcome email link has expired, the user will automatically be sent a new welcome email. If they login using their existing account details their link can then be established.
Sign-in/Create Account/Forgot Password:
The sign-in, create account and forgot password screen appearance has been improved to better cater for mobile devices. The create account screen has been changed to match the app and dual password confirmation and validation has been introduced. In the event that a user creates their account but exits the app before entering their verification code, a link has been added to the login screen to enter their verification code or request a new code be sent to their email. The forgot password flow has been broken down into guided steps, with clear definition for adding new password and dual password entry confirmation.
Journey Screen - View action plan:
For managed organisations, in the journey screen, when you select the action category from the column picker, you can see when an action plan was generated and when this was handled by Kura.
You can see the profile name of the person who made changes and can select the link to view the action plan and any completed actions. Each time an action plan is handled a new entry is added to the table to show the time of interaction and the profile that managed the plan.
Alarm Screen - Handle action plan:
As a Kura user when you click on an alarm in the alarm screen, this will open the associated action plan with the prescribed actions that should be taken to resolve the alarm. You can manage an action plan raised and save this as in progress or complete. If you save an action plan this will be shown at the bottom of the alarm screen with an in progress status and can be accessed to manage again when required. If you complete an action plan this will be closed and moved to the bottom of the screen. The associated alarm will be removed from the screen when you next refresh the page.
Alarm Screen - Sort:
The alarms screen is sorted by organisation ascending, trip name ascending and event time descending to match the existing Kura site. Alarm status is order by open at the top of the screen, in progress following this and complete at the bottom of the screen.
