Experiment with Wonde API:
Wonde integrates with the leading Management Information Systems (MIS), providing read and write access to school data. Experimentation has been undertaken to see how Kura can integrate with Wonde to allow passenger and observer data sync directly from MIS systems.
The initial load and update process is being tested with an existing organisation, with a script run to allow existing profiles to be retained based on unique passenger ID and observer email address.
In the future the Kura website will be modified to allow an organisation to add their Wonde ID for this to be authenticated and approved, so that a link between Kura and Wonde can be established for passenger and observer information to maintained directly from the organisation's MIS.
Waypoints created when a trip is added, or through trip edit, will now be private to the organisation they were created in. This allows organisations to add waypoints with any name required, without these being visible to other organisations. This is particularly important for organisations that may use a passenger's address as a waypoint name.
Waypoints used for an organisation's existing trips will be retained so that trips can be viewed, edited and performed by drivers as normal. Any public waypoints that aren't used by an organisation will no longer be visible in the add trip or edit trip map when searching by name, postcode or lat and long.

Waypoint is not visible to Organisation 2:
Website Re-design Template:
A new website design template has been created, to provide a consistent design for features throughout the site and support future UI/UX changes.
Prevent Admin Auth Group Edit:
When an organisation is created an admin auth group is automatically created. Restrictions have been put in place to prevent a user from editing this, so that additional permissions can't be granted.
The following items were released during the last 2 weeks:
Trip Schedule Supplier Edits:
Where there were multiple suppliers associated to a trip schedule (Trip->Select Trip Name->Select future Trip from Calendar->EDIT SUPPLIERS), the active supplier end date could not be changed to the current date. The active supplier end date can now be changed to the current date and a new or amended supplier, for example, the existing supplier with changes to capacity, can added for future trip dates.
No Logon Alarms not generating:
Alarms were not always being read correctly in the Dynamo database, due to throughput restrictions. This has been now been resolved so that all alarms are read into the database.
Booking exports prior to 5th October:
Booking exports were affected by the clocks changing at the start of October. The date range selected from the calendar, prior to 5th October, contained booking events for the week earlier than that selected.
The booking exports have been re-run so that the events in the exports relate to the date range selected in the calendar, for any date range selected. The export date logic has also been changed so that this doesn't occur in future.
Incomplete Quicksight data:
Quicksight data transfers were affected by date logic impacted by the clock change, with the transfer window being shortened, so that some trip data was incomplete from 5th November onwards. The date logic has been changed so that this doesn't occur in future and all data has been re-run and is now available.
