A not boarded to the expected schedule push notification will be received on the mobile app in the following situations:
- The vehicle has gone past the stop your passenger was scheduled to board at and they have either not registered as boarding the vehicle by using their token/fob, they were not manually boarded by the driver, or they did not board the vehicle.
- Your passenger has boarded the vehicle outside of the scheduled and booked stop area.
-
- If your passenger has boarded earlier in the journey than planned, you will receive 2 notifications, one to notify you that your passenger has boarded, followed by a not boarded to the expected schedule, this is to inform you that your passenger has not boarded at the designated stop. You can see the exact boarding location on the map when reviewing the journey within the mobile app.

- If your passenger has boarded later in the journey than planned then you will receive 2 notifications, one to notify you that your passenger has not boarded at the expected stop, which will then be followed by a passenger has boarded when they do embark. You can see the exact boarding location on the map when reviewing the journey within the mobile app.
