The Kura app has been updated to use the most recent versions of all native libraries, to ensure continued app stability and support. The updated app was released to the Apple and Google stores on Monday 23rd October.

Phone number input:
The phone number input used in the portal has been improved and now allows selection by flag.
When entering a phone number for a profile, during profile creation or edit, the flag can be selected to open a list containing flags, country names and dialing codes. This is list can be searched by typing letters of the country name or can be navigated using scroll:
The country dialing code can also be overtyped and the flag displayed will change automatically.
Phone number validation will flag invalid phone numbers entered:
Once a valid phone number is entered validation errors will clear and the profile can be saved:
The phone number input and validation is also applied to bookings made by an admin or Kura Ops user using the portal:

Where a passenger boards a journey, removal requests will not be successful:
There have been occasions where a removal request has been processed once a passenger has boarded a journey before scheduled trip start time. This leads to the passenger having an expected boarding event but an unexpected journey disembarking event. As this causes confusion, removal requests will not be successful where a passenger has already boarded the journey.
