App Updates:
Android: Native: 3.0.6, JS: 3.0.14
iOS: Native: 3.0.6, JS: 3.0.14
Driver App - Geo-fences on driver map:
If a driver stops outside of a geo-fence, passengers would board or disembark en-route, the geo-fence would not be triggered in the app (unless the driver passed through the geo-fence and stopped outside of it) and expected passengers would not display in the passenger list. When a driver accesses the driver map, via the itinerary view, the geo-fences for stops and passing points are now represented on the map, to allow drivers to see if they have stopped within a geo-fence area:
Driver App - Received notification indicator:
To ensure that drivers see that they have received notifications, as they may not be aware that a notification was received by their device as they drive their route, a red dot will be displayed on their notification menu item when a notification is received.
When a driver opens their notification stream, by selecting the notification menu, the red dot will be removed.
Notification Stream:
The notification stream has been improved to better distinguish individual notifications received:
Passenger and Observer App - Account deletion where a passenger has future bookings:
Where a passenger requests that their account is deleted, and they have future booked trips, a message will display to let the passenger know that future bookings need to be removed before they can proceed with their account deletion:
Once future trip bookings are removed, the passenger can delete their account.
If an observer requests that their account is deleted they will be able to delete their account, even if and their passengers have bookings in the future, as observer relationships can change, for example, where observers are assigned for assistance with childcare.
Passenger and Observer App - Add Tokens accessible when navigation menu was open:
Where an observer or passenger navigated to tokens in the app and there were no tokens assigned to their profile, the button to add tokens still displayed and could be used when the navigation menu was opened. This has now been resolved and the tokens button is no longer displayed when the navigation menu is opened.
Website Updates:
On demand Wonde sync:
Where an organisation uses Wonde to maintain their profile data and an urgent change is required, for example, where there is a mistake in the MIS data or a passenger has been added and a Kura profile is needed to make a booking for same day travel, admins can now initiate a sync of Wonde data.
To initiate a Wonde sync, select the Maintenance button from the profiles page:
In the 'Resynchronise Wonde' section, the last import date and time are shown and a sync can be initiated by selecting 'resynchronise':
Once the sync is complete the latest updated time will be updated:
Please note that changes made in an MIS system may not be immediately available in Wonde, so a sync requested may not reflect very recent changes. Also, the full databases will not be imported, only changes will be uploaded. An error will be displayed if resynchronise is selected before a previously initiated sync is completed.
Open Organisations - new booking card input:
Where admins or Kura ops users make bookings on behalf of a passenger for Open organisations, the Stripe card element has been updated to the latest version with separate inputs for card number, expiry CVC and postcode/ZIP:
