It is important for organisations adopting Kura Pay to understand that they own their Stripe account. It is an organisation's responsibility to ensure they provide Stripe with the requested documentation to verify their account. Failing to do so in the time frame set by Stripe may result in payments being held.
Requested documentation may include but is not limited to:
- Country where you are based
- Business website address
- Industry in which you operate
- Description of what you sell, to whom you sell, and when you charge your customers
- Type of business (i.e. a limited company)
- Company registration number
- VAT number (if applicable)
- Registered business address (i.e. your company’s registered office address)
- Your legal name
- Telephone number
- Date of birth
- Home address
- Bank account details
- Email Verification
